Faulty or Damaged Goods Return

You may refund or exchange any product that is faulty or damaged during transit.

You must advise us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.The product must be returned in its original condition as received. We will reimburse the total cost of your invoice, including shipping charges, to your account which you use to pay for the invoice. Please contact us first to initial the return process. We reserve the right to reject reimbursing excessive return costs.
 

Change of Mind Return

You may refund or exchange any product if you change your mind or you accidentally make a wrong order.

The goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. The product must be returned in re-sellable condition. This means they must be in their original packaging unopened, unused and in its original condition. We do not accept returns even if only a few pieces inside the whole carton has been used. You are responsible for the return shipment. We will reimburse the cost of the items of your purchase, not including shipping charges, to your account which you use to pay for the invoice. For orders qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost that was paid to the freight company is not refundable, our customer service team will advise how much that will be during the return process.
 
"Late" Shipment

We are not responsible if the delivery of the goods is considered as "late" by the customer. When placing your order please accept the risk of shipping delays. We will try our best to use the fastest possible shipping company according to the shipping method you choose. If you have a delivery date in mind that you wish to receive your order on or before, please contact us before placing the order. Return requests because of order arriving late will be regarded as "Change of Mind" return.
